Site Tiger Construction services process varies depending upon the needs of the Clients. It includes:

• Perform on-site project management & superintendence
• Inspecting the regular inspections of the construction and materials delivered to site to ensure that the Works are constructed in accordance with the Construction Contract.
• Administrate construction contracts
• Coordinate permits, technical inspections & testing
• Arrange technical meetings as required to solve any technical problems with preparing and distributing the minutes.
• Perform budget & schedule control
• Purchase furnishings and equipment
• Certify contractor progress payments
• Review warranties and close-out documentation
• Communicate & provide progress reports
• Respond to technical queries, clarifications and alike which may be raised by the Contractors.
• Issue Site Instructions and Variation Orders in accordance with the Construction Contract.
• Prepare and issue lists of defects for all trades and follow up rectification by the Contractor.
• Establish suitable procedures for identification, notification and rectification of defects.
• Check and approve the Contractor’s as-built drawings and manuals.
• Visit and verify random items under construction to assure the quality of the work done.
• Review and coordinate approval of the shop drawings and material submitted from the contractor.
• Review and approve the variations order and claims submitted from the contractor.
• Leading the engineers of the working contractors to apply accurately the specs and plans of the project.
• Monitor contractor safety scheme.
• Final Inspections / Occupancy Permit
