Vivek Kumar (Chief Executive Officer): An IIT Kharagpur Alumnus, since last 29 years, he has been instrumental in driving projects to achieve the Client’s objectives to time and in accordance with the budget & quality.

An expert in construction planning and analysis, he has a flair for ‘”whole of project” management perspectives. He provides his specialist skills to assist the “TEAM” in developing the strategies to maximize value and minimize risk in the project. He specializes in cost planning and control as well as contract management and ensures that commercial procedures are being complied with.

He welcomes the projects that test his management and methodology skills and ability to deliver ground breaking solutions. He creates values for Clients by close working with them for project delivery. He develops trusting relationships with Clients helping them build better business and delivering outstanding results.

Presently he is executive head of The Analysis Group, driving & strategizing the consultancy services and engineering practices into higher value added echelon by virtue of his enhanced skill base, domain expertise, networking and evolving specialized hand holding concepts. His aim is to become extended arm of clients, integral task force for all their construction needs, keeping their goals and aspirations as Site Tiger’s objectives.
